Synopsis
When 18-year-old Kazuma Inoue is introduced to fellow student Otoha Mizuki's trending music, he is left unsatisfied, as he would rather maintain his focus on practicing for his upcoming track and field competition. One evening while on a run, Kazuma happens to run into Otoha, and her in-person singing captures him in a way her recordings failed to. After revealing his feelings, Kazuma is surprised to learn that Otoha shares his opinion in disliking the music she records. His interest now piqued, Kazuma begins to regularly seek out Otoha and learn more about her. As the two observe their respective interests and confide in each other, Kazuma and Otoha find themselves growing more confident in their abilities and more motivated to achieve their goals.
