Affectionally, called Kou-sama from his underclassman. Kou is the over the top dorm leader. He has a habit of flirting with Mayu (mostly to get on Takuma's nerves), but later it becomes something more. Kou often opposes Takuma's and Mayu's relationship due to experiences he saw his mother go with his dying father.
