About
A penguin with thick eyebrows and a band-aid on his right cheek. He's always seen accompanying Kanba. He is a pervert who enjoys wearing women's underwear on his head and looking up skirts. He also seems to be interested in staying in shape, as seen when he was doing chin-ups on the train.
The reason why he wears a band aid is hinted in the after credits scene of episode 21, where Himari sticks a band-aid on Kanba's cheek when she met him for the first time.
