He is a young politician who belongs to Naoe's faction alongside Atsuomi Ayanokouji. He is described as a good-for-nighing youngster who got everything just because of his succesful father who is also a politician supporting Naoe. Kamogawa was the one who helped Atsuomi establish and manage White Room project. After Naoe resigned from elections and started to support his opponent Kijima, Kamogawa started to follow Atsuomi in his own political growth.
