Koichi Mugikari is the narrator of and a primary ally in Cool Shock B.T..
He is an ordinary boy who befriends the malicious B.T. and tags along with whatever adventure the latter has.
Koichi makes a return in the spin-off one-shot Cool Shock Old B.T., which is set sixty years after the original series.
