Licorne, also known called "Lico," is the enigmatic assistant of Gekka Ryūzōji, who is a 000 rank detective. He was tasked by Ryūzōji to help Kyouko Kirigiri and Yui Samidare find Rei Mikagami.


It turns out that Licorne is Rei Mikagami, and that he is a detective who managed to reach the 000 rank status at a young age, which is the highest DSC card rank one can get and is a rank that only four detectives in the world have obtained since the Detective Library's inception 15 years ago, proving his immense talent, intelligence, and full mastery of all kinds of cases as a detective and cementing him as a detective legend among the 65,000 registered detectives worldwide. By becoming a 000 detective, Licorne had the liberty to handle any general case rather than a specific crime.

He has dark blue hair, light blue eyes and long eyelashes, his skin is, on perception, translucent. People not rarely take him for a girl. Licorne often changes his appearance as he can disguise himself in many different ways however he is illustrated wearing a white shirt, orange necktie, covered by a grey V-Neck Jumper.
