Shinya is a street racer who wanted to beat the "Shinigami of 22:30," a reckless driver who always appears on the certain mountain road at 22:30. That Shinigami is actually Kirishima Joe who drives in hurry to meet one of his girlfriends, however he is unaware that he is being treated like that.
