Kae's older brother. He thinks Kae's obsession with anime and BL is gross, but he still wants the best for her.

Out of the main characters, he likes Nanashima the most, and will ofter take bribes from him in exchange for info about Kae.

After the main events of the manga, he becomes a government worker, and suggests that stability is better than anything else.
