Upper-Level Builder

About

An unusual Builder found in a deserted city in the upper-levels who speaks and seems to have its own personality.
It meets Cibo after she turns into a Level 9 Safeguard and quickly grows attached to her. It eventually gets fatally damaged during a battle and is left behind to be found by Killy, showing him everything that happened and telling him the direction in which Cibo went.
