Devo the Cursed "D'Bo, Soul Sacrifice"

Devo the Cursed (renamed to D'Bo in the American version of the video games and Soul Sacrifice in the Viz translation of the manga) is an assassin hired by Dio to kill the protagonists.
His stand is Ebony Devil, which is powered by his anger and hatred. Because of this, he allows himself to be injured regularly to make himself angrier. As a result, he has numerous scars over his body.
